Lajes Open House

Today was an open house at the air base and they had several planes set up on static displays. Colin has been looking forward to this since he saw the fighters come in last Wednesday. He knew there would be more fighter jets and bouncy castles, that's pretty much three year old heaven, right? I mean, what more could you want in life? We went over early knowing there would be crazy crowds since it is open to all folks on the island. Colin got to go inside several planes, climb in helicopters, armored vehicles, on coast guard equipment and of course bounce his brains out in the bounce houses. Colin and Shelby both were in heaven.
