I've trimmed the back of Colin's hair once or twice to get the long whisps off his neck. Aside from that he has yet to have a hair cut, and never a real all over cut by a professional. I thought this day would never come considering how long it took for his hair to actually grow. Remember this bald beauty?
Well lately his hair has been a mess. Poor kiddo has got some serious cow licks on his head and combine that with uneven baby hair grown in all over the place....yikes! He was starting to have quite the mullet going on in the back it was getting so long. Next Saturday we are having pictures done again so this weekend we decided it was time to get the hair cut.
Colin did great, he sat right there in his chair and let the lady cut his hair without any fuss at all. We were armed with craisins and gummi bears, two of his favorite treats and we fed him while she cut as fast as she could.
He looks so handsome and grown up with his new big boy hair cut. No more baby fuzz back there :( After his hair cut we grabbed some lunch and let him play in the playground for a while. I tried to snap some pics of his hair be he was far more interested in playing than cooperating for pictures. Here are a few bad shots but you can see the back of his hair in them.
